PMO Co-ordinator

iSolutions are seeking a motivated and proactive Co-ordinator to support and enhance its Project, Programme and Portfolio Management Office (PMO), to ensure the PMO delivers high quality, effective projects to help achieve the University’s vision. We need to enhance our processes, management information and organisational maturity to build and deliver an increasingly successful PMO function.

iSolutions delivers a full range of IT services to all staff and students and the PMO Co-ordinator will join our PMO teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Analysts and IT Trainers, on a permanent basis. We run a wide range of projects and programmes to improve current services and introduce new services that deliver to a diverse community of 20,000+ students and over 5,500 University staff.

You will already have experience in the co-ordination of medium-sized technology-focussed teams, ideally in a projects environment. You will be familiar with information systems like MS SharePoint and ServiceNow.

You will be highly professional, able to work with senior staff against deadlines. You will demonstrate excellent direct and indirect communication skills appropriate for a wide cross-section of stakeholders.

You will have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to an undergraduate degree. PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent is also required. You will be clear-thinking under pressure and have a thorough, diligent approach to work.

Desirable experience: Management of Portfolios, P3O, MSP, Agile, ITIL, knowledge of HE organisations and IT systems.
