Part-time position 60% FTE (21.90 hours per week)

Warwick Medical School offers a range of postgraduate qualifications and professional development training opportunities for the diabetes multidisciplinary team working in both primary and secondary care. We currently are seeking an enthusiastic senior teaching fellow to deliver teaching to students undertaking MSc Diabetes, Certificate in Diabetes Care and other diabetes-related professional development courses. We are particularly keen to recruit someone with experience of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion therapy and with an interest in diabetes technologies. This is not a clinical post, although current or recent practice experience in diabetes management is essential, as is experience of delivering education.

You should be able to deliver teaching related to diabetes and its management, be able to bring this to life for this student group using examples which relate to their discipline. The role is embedded within a postgraduate education team of academics and clinical academics, with opportunities to develop as an educator in this sector.
