The Higher Education sector is a highly competitive environment with an increasing emphasis on affinity building through digital marketing, personalisation and an enhanced user experience. At Sheffield Hallam we're investing in new technology and an ambitious marketing strategy to help us stay ahead of the curve.

As a digital marketer you'll play a key role in planning, developing and delivering innovative, dynamic and engaging content and activity across both paid and organic digital and social media channels. A key part of this will be sharing your expertise to promote digital media best-practice across the team. You'll also focus on analysis and optimisation to help us increase engagement and drive down cost per acquisition.

You'll have significant experience in digital marketing and a good understanding of current and emerging digital media channels, strategies and measurement techniques. Creative and dynamic, you'll also have strong planning and project management skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
