iSolutions provides a broad and complex range of ICT services to support our diverse user community of students and University staff. We operate across multiple campuses in the Southampton and Winchester areas and are increasingly diversifying internationally with a campus in southern Malaysia and multiple international collaborations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within iSolutions for a dynamic and enthusiastic Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead who will be responsible for leading CI activity across the department. This will include leading the department in the identification of business issues and opportunities, definition and prioritisation of CI activity/projects, supporting in the delivery of measurable and sustainable change and the development and delivery of Lean Six Sigma training framework.

You will demonstrate a strong focus on the customer, and use your robust analytical skills to gather and analyse reliable insights in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all iSolutions touchpoints.

You will have a highly professional approach, demonstrate flexible and effective communication and engagement skills across a wide variety of stakeholders and possess the ability to think on your feet and support stakeholders in maximising value and shaping innovative ICT solutions.

With a strong commitment to CI and the recent launch of Lean Six Sigma training across iSolutions, this is an extremely exciting time to join the team and support in the delivery of the iSolutions CI Strategy.
