The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £41,212 to £49,149 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be Indefinite.

This is a Full-time.

The Senior Clinical Trials Training Executives will manage a team of trainers who develop and deliver TransCelerate accredited clinical trials training for staff involved in the conduct of clinical trials ensuring compliance with the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004 (as amended from time to time).

The main responsibilities of the post holder are to provide day to day line management, ensure all trials sponsored by the partner organisations are conducted in accordance with the Clinical Trial Regulations by ensuring that all staff involved in the conduct of clinical trials are suitably trained in GCP and clinical trial conduct as defined the Regulations and the KHP-CTO Clinical Trials Training SOP. The post holder will also lead on development and improvement of processes for delivering first class training.

The successful candidate will ideally have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in life-sciences or nursing, in depth knowledge of GCP and the Clinical Trial Regulations, extensive experience working in the UK clinical trials environment gained in the pharmaceutical industry or NHS/academic sector, experience of delivering presentations to large audiences and experience of monitoring and evaluating training programmes.

The selection process will include competency based questions, a presentation and a panel interview.

Interviews are scheduled to be held the week commencing: 25th September 2017.
