Chef de Partie

The University of Southampton are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs.

We are looking for somebody who has previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally from a Rosette background. You will be working both as part of a team with a variety of tasks, and with the opportunity to run your own area.

The role offers a good work life balance. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, working on a variety of concepts including Bowl Food, Street Food, Fine Dining, Function work and many more, for our internal and external businesses.

This role is a 36 hour week on a five out of seven contract with occasional evenings and weekends, straight shifts with excellent benefits.
