An opportunity is available to join an exciting team supporting all the Student and Academic Administration functional teams in the Faculty of Social, Human and Mathematical Sciences.. These teams administer the processes and support to students and academics throughout the student life-cycle, from application through to graduation at undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research levels.

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic team players who are culturally sensitive, able to work effectively in a busy environment and show a student-centred commitment to the professional and positive delivery of education.

You will possess relevant academic qualifications and have broad work experience acquired through a combination of job related training and/or considerable on the job experience. You will also have good IT skills, excellent planning and organisational skills, initiative, ability to work well under pressure and the ability to prioritise varied workloads. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required, as is a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Attention to detail is a must, along with flexibility and being receptive to new ideas and approaches.
