About You

Passionate about student experience: you will need the ability to work collaboratively, in a matrix structure, to harness enthusiasm and persuade to deliver on the big agenda that is our Student Journey Project. An understanding of the issues facing Higher Education and students is therefore key, as too is experience of putting effective strategies into place to develop and enhance services in an education (or similar) setting.

Experience of using feedback to enhance service delivery, of building consensus and working across departments and teams is essential.

We are looking for an inspiring professional with the communication skills required to motivate and influence to deliver large projects.

About the Role

This is a new role for the University arising from the comprehensive Student Journey Programme. You will have a unique opportunity to create and shape a small team to support in delivering our ambition of providing the most outstanding student experience in UK Higher Education.

Working alongside senior colleagues who are responsible for the student journey project you will work across all levels of the University, build strong business relationships and along your team operationalise our ambitions. Your work will have a real impact on the life of Edge Hill.
