The Trust

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust has a national brief for training in the mental health professions, social care, education and forensic services across the age range from infants to adults.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing and events officer who will play a key role in supporting the Student Recruitment and Marketing team to plan and maximise recruitment to the Tavistock & Portman’s long and short courses.

They will be responsible for the organisation and evaluation of Trust-wide and course specific open days and evenings in order to attract potential students to our courses. They will also devise and carry out marketing activity that pertains to our various course offerings via different marketing channels, including social media.

The post holder will also assist in the coordination of marketing and communications activity in relation to Tavistock Consulting, the bespoke consultancy arm of the Tavistock and Portman. This will be done by working closely with the Tavistock Consulting team and the wider marketing and communications team, with a particular focus on social media.
