This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the IT Services team at Bournemouth University. We are a highly motivated team responsible for the provision and support of end user computing facilities to the university.

Reporting to the IT User Support Team Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience when our users request new IT hardware. You will be an excellent administrator and have previous knowledge of desktop computing, mobile technology and public sector purchasing.

You will be able to prioritise a varied and busy workload whilst meeting deadlines and be confident working on your own initiative. Excellent negotiating and IT skills are essential for this role as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels across BU.
