You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Research Degree student journey. You will be experienced and highly motivated, while safeguarding the operational and quality aspects of the University’s research degree programmes.

You will lead a team of research advisors, managing and securing good relationships between the Research Degrees Office (RDO) and the Faculties/Schools/Institutes/ARCs/DTPs, ensuring excellent performance, customer service and data quality. This will include assuring quality of service to research degree students and application of processes to assure academic standards.

You will have experience of line managing a team in a busy customer-focused environment. Previous experience in a Higher Education setting would be an advantage. You will have proven ability to adapt to change and implement different ways of working including resilience in coping with the demands of a high volume of work.
