UCL Student Disability Services provide a comprehensive range of support services for students who have a disability which impacts upon their studies at UCL. They support students with physical and sensory impairments, specific learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, mental health difficulties, and long-term health conditions.

The post holder will work with other members of the Student Disability Services team to provide a high quality service for disabled students at UCL and at the London Business School.

The ideal candidate will have had experience of: supporting individuals with a wide range of disabilities including mental health difficulties. They will liaise with academic departments to make recommendations regarding access to courses and facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proactive and practical in problem-solving and the provision of advice. The post holder will have the ability to: exercise discreet and logical judgment; maintain a calm attitude under pressure; work both independently and as part of a close-knit team; deliver a customer focused service.
