Student Services Administrator (Fixed-Term)

University of Nottingham - QMC and Sutton Bonington Service Centre

Salary: £17,399 to £20,624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the QMC/Sutton Bonington Student Services Delivery Team. The primary purpose of the role is administrative support in the Undergraduate Programmes Team in Student Services, QMC.

You will be expected to work flexibly as part of a team providing a service to support academic staff and students. The role holder will organise and help run teaching and events relating to the the final year of the School of Medicine course by preparing and editing course materials, event organisation, attending meetings, minute taking and general support to the team and Student Services delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven organisation, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and show strong collaborative team commitment. Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills, are essential, as is a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
