We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual both to steer our organisation’s ‘back office’ and to help shape how we interface with our member universities.  Our Head of Business Support plays a pivotal role in ensuring that UCEA operates effectively while meeting its financial and legal obligations. Alongside a genuine mix of operational and strategic responsibility in a number of business areas, the role presently offers a fantastic opportunity to play a leadership role in a flagship project, with significant funding, to redevelop our website and CRM. You will be a member of the senior team, working closely with the Deputy Chief Executive and UCEA’s small team of dedicated professionals in leading and developing an efficient and responsive business service.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of handling financial management and business support processes and a high level of IT and project management skills.
