Part Time Post: 14.5 hours per week

The Fashion Design Course has an established reputation for producing creative fashion graduates with a broad range of industry-aligned skills. An opportunity has arisen to work as part of this dynamic team in developing and delivering the subject of fashion design.

You will have an excellent track record of professional practice performing competitively within the fashion arena, combined with the experience of working in a busy environment. You will have an in-depth knowledge of the fashion design process, from initial concept through to design and product range development. You must have excellent knowledge of contemporary fashion and experience of design and design communication. Experience of teaching at under graduate or postgraduate level is preferred with a particular focus on design.

You must be able to demonstrate good team working abilities as well as good organisational and communication skills. The teaching duties will include all related course administration and require the successful candidate to be pro-active in developing new learning and teaching methods and also be required to engage in professional research in the subject area.

The pro-rata salary for this position will be £13,808 - £19,088 per annum.
