Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager you will be required to support and contribute to research activities in the laboratory of Dr. David Ray. Our research focuses on circadian control of lung inflammation. You will specifically work on a project seeking to understand how the circadian system operates in the lung to regulate cells of the innate immune system. As such you will support three post docs employed on the programme in studies using transgenic mice, and modern genomics techniques in models of lung inflammation.

Working hours need flexibility as the project is on circadian biology, and some night work is inevitable.
