LIPID MAPS Web Developer

The Babraham Institute is a charity which is world renowned for its research in life sciences to enhance lives and improve wellbeing.

We are looking to recruit a Software Developer to help with the development of novel analysis tools for the LIPID MAPS web portal ( ).  This role will join the multi-disciplinary team responsible for running and directing the LIPID MAPS project and will be situated within the bioinformatics group at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge.

The post holder will be responsible for the conception, design and implementation of data curation, search and analysis tools for the lipidomics community.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of lipidomic data and have a proven track record of developing analysis tools to address biological questions.

Funding for this post is available for up to 3 years in the first instance.
