Said Business School is looking to expand its team of AV professionals and has an opportunity for a customer service focused specialist to provide a superior technical service to the business.

In the role of AV Technician you will work across the school's different sites and will deliver exemplary technical support for the numerous events that are held in the school’s conference, teaching and meeting spaces on a daily basis. We are looking for a customer service champion to provide excellent service at all levels, provide support, innovation and training in the use digital display technology and be experienced in the setup, delivery and development of multi-platform unified collaboration and communication systems. You will have ample opportunity to make suggestions that may innovate through the use of new technology and/or improve process that underpins the department’s portfolio of AV services.

To be considered at shortlisting you should have comprehensive knowledge of audio visual technologies, systems and solutions partnered with demonstrable experience in the design and installation of complex audio visual systems. You will be capable of working in a busy and pressurised environment and have proven experience in the delivery of excellent customer service and technical teaching support in an academic or corporate environment. Strong IT skills with and excellent understanding of both Mac and Windows operating systems is also required.
