Summary of Role

Permanent, Part Time (20 hours per week 8.30am to 12.30pm)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide a professional administrative service and excellent customer care for prospective applicants from the point of initial enquiry through to enrolment. As an Admissions Administrator you will be allocated to the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences Admissions team and based within that Faculty however it is expected that teams will be flexible and cross team working during peaks and troughs that will occur. You will be operating and assisting in the development of an admissions service to a broad base of clients including full-time, part-time, FE, HE, Home, EU and international applicants. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work flexibly in partnership with team members by organising your workload and using your initiative.

The post-holder will have proven skills in the organisation and implementation of a high quality customer focused administrative service and a strong commitment to providing first-class customer service.
