Research Fellow in Medical Statistics

The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £41,212 to £49,149 per annum, plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance.

This post will be fixed-term for 3 years.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week).

The School of Population Health Sciences is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow in Medical Statistics within the Unit of Medical Statistics.

The focus of the roles is to provide statistical collaboration and methodological development for clinical studies at King’s Health Partners. Specific needs are to support by collaborative statistical leadership, the growing portfolio of clinical trials and other clinical studies – particularly early phase trials designed by clinicians within the Biomedical Research Centre. Many of our trials are conducted through the King’s Clinical Trials Unit ( and we are especially interest to hear from medical statisticians with a keen interest in trials and/or extensive trials experience.

All statistical staff contribute to statistical consultancy.

The selection process will include competency based questions, a presentation, an assessment and an interview panel. Interviews will take place on 9 November 2017.
