Research Associate / Senior Research Associate (Qualitative) in Health Services Research

We are seeking to appoint a talented researcher with experience in qualitative research methods to work as part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary research team within the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) Bristol, under the Surgical Innovation theme (directed by Professor Jane Blazeby). The surgical innovation theme aims to transform early phase study design and practice in surgery, by developing and evaluating new methods for safe and transparent translation of innovation to inform efficient trial design and evidence-based surgical practice. There will also be opportunities to link with on-going work in the MRC Collaboration and innovation for Difficult and Complex RCTs In Invasive procedures (ConDuCT-II) Hub, also directed by Professor Blazeby, which focuses on developing high-quality, cutting-edge methodological research of relevance to phase 3 randomised trials.
