We are looking for an experienced individual to lead a BBSRC funded project to develop the research on Visualising the organisation and dynamics of photosynthetic membranes. You will apply and develop biochemical and high-resolution imaging techniques based on confocal, TIRF, electron, and atomic force microscopy to study photosynthetic membranes and protein complexes, and will contribute to the implementation of the project, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are achieved and that work is completed on time and within budget.

You should have a PhD degree in Microbiology/Biophysics and experience of photosynthesis and atomic force microscopy imaging of biological membranes. The post is available from 1 February 2018 until 31 January 2019.
