An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Officer to join the Contracts Team at the University. You will be based in the Directorate of Research & Business Engagement Support Services providing a professional service to colleagues across the University with respect to a range of contractual, legal and administrative services, including the negotiation and preparation of specific types of agreements including the drafting and negotiating of confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, certain sub-contracts, KTP applications/offers, sales orders and contractual amendments.

With a legal qualification or relevant contractual experience preferably with the Higher Education Sector, you will have an understanding of legal and contractual issues. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will have a flexible approach to work with the ability to prioritise a demanding programme of work to meet set deadlines.
