Role-holders will develop a detailed understanding of impact in the context of the REF and provide strategic advice and practical support to individual researchers, research groups and departments and faculties in helping to identify, maximise and capture and communicate research impact.

It is intended the role-holder will focus on impact submissions under one REF Main Panel being Panel 4) Arts and Humanities.

The role holder will provide line management support to REF Impact Co-ordinators.
