Fixed Term up to 30 September 2019.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our HR team for an experienced professional to make a real impact on our ambitious plans for equality, diversity and inclusion. You will take a lead role in progressing our race equality work, building awareness of key issues and formulating policies and plans across our hugely diverse communities of students, staff and visitors. This will culminate in a successful application to the sector’s new Race Equality Charter. You will also contribute to the wider diversity agenda, working as part of a network of academics and other professionals.

You will need to be professionally qualified, with up-to-date knowledge of the key issues around race equality and a track record of success in promoting equality and diversity. In return we can offer a great package of pay and benefits, including pension and generous holidays.
