Location: University House, City Centre Campus

Our Admissions and Conversion Officers will provide a professional, effective and efficient administration service for student recruitment, admissions and enrolment to help meet the strategic aims and targets set and ensuring that University regulations and policies are adhered to. 

Working within the Marketing and Communications Department, you will assess and process applications on the University’s student record system, making judgements about the suitability of individual applications and processing decisions based on the programme’s approved entry requirements and selection process.

You will require excellent attention to detail and accuracy and be able to communicate effectively with prospective students and their supporters.

You will work as part of a large team in order to deliver an exceptional service across the University, embracing change through each Admissions cycle.

You will be joining an ambitious Marketing and Communications team, responsible for attracting students to study with us at a hugely exciting period in the Birmingham City University story. We are a major part of the transformation of Birmingham, with a £260m investment in two superb campuses right at the heart of this great city. With a new and ambitious Vice-Chancellor in post, alongside a high profile Chancellor, Sir Lenny Henry, there has never been a better time to be part of Birmingham City University.
