Conversion Manager

Job overview:

The Future Students Department is seeking to appoint a Conversion Manager on a 1 year fixed term Project, working with the Regional Managers and International Recruitment Managers to establish the most effective conversion strategy working across a number of different countries.

Experience of managing or contributing into a conversion strategy is key along with a strong ability to interpret data to identify opportunities and trends that will impact on conversion.

In this role you will be determining how to improve conversion activity for UWE, and scope out the opportunities we have.

Working with both internal and external stakeholders you will be a strong communicator able to manage relationships to create joint up working.

You will be responsible for managing the team of Conversion Advisers and developing their skills and conversion capability, working with them to develop and embed the conversion strategy beyond the one year post.
