A full-time post-doctoral Research Associate is sought to join the Department of Psychology, School of Arts and Social Sciences, at City, University of London, to work with Professor Peter Ayton.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work on a 1 year project funded by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, entitled “A Proposed Investigation of Institutional Investors' Decision-Making.” The primary objective of this research is to investigate decision making by institutional investors working for pension funds with a view to developing an understanding of their working practices and decision making characteristics. The successful applicant will design and conduct behavioural experiments to examine factors that provide insights into Institutional Investors' investment decisions.

Person Specification
The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring accurate and effective data collection and analysis. They will contribute to the design of experiments, implement agreed experimental procedures, and work to recruit and test participants. The maintenance of all data and analyses will be the responsibility of RA. The post-holder will also be expected to contribute to stimulus and experimental software generation, writing conference presentations and drafting research papers.
