You will work primarily to assist the Student Data and Systems Manager with the co-ordination and management of student data held on the University’s corporate databases, including key data collection exercises and reports. The post holder will develop specialist knowledge of University systems and relevant procedures, to be an ‘expert user’, providing maintenance of complex records and undertake record investigations as well as system testing. This post provides key support in the organisation of registration and attendance monitoring to ensure compliance with Home Office requirements.

You should have a good understanding of University regulations and student administration processes. You must have excellent information technology skills and be able to work with attention to detail and experience of large database systems. It would be beneficial to have experience of the University’s SAP student management system. It is also essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and are fully aware of and sensitive to multicultural issues.
