As a member of the School’s Executive Team, you will undertake a key role in supporting and advising the Dean in the delivery of the University’s Mission Statement, Corporate Strategy and Institutional policies and procedures. You will have specific responsibility for the strategic vision, setting of goals and ensuring the achievements of key performance indicators across the Enterprise and Business Engagement Portfolio.

With a Higher Degree in a relevant discipline, you will be expected to maintain your academic standing and authority through teaching, research and scholarly activities.

You will have significant experience in a senior academic role showing effective leadership of diverse groups of academic and professional staff and have experience of developing successful overseas partnerships and/or overseas recruitment. You must be able to travel and represent the School and University in the UK and overseas as required. Extensive knowledge of the UK Higher Education environment and current issues is also essential.
