Office Manager

University of Reading - Wellbeing Services Administration

The purpose of the Office Manager’s role is to lead and manage the Wellbeing Service administrative teams and to develop provision and support for students registered with either service. The manager is seen as a key member of the department and will be expected to demonstrate leadership qualities, achieving goals and targets, motivating staff and delegating duties where appropriate.

You will have:

  • Ability to work under sustained pressure and deal with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience of electronic case management systems
  • Strong leadership qualities
