We have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the teaching and development of a new programme BA (Hons) Performing Arts.

You will combine your experience of teaching and research in Further and/or Higher Education with professional skills and experience of performing, devising, directing, and teaching across interdisciplinary contexts. We are looking for interdisciplinary expertise and practice across one or more of the following areas: Dance and Movement, Acting and Drama, Music and Sound, and/or Technical Theatre production. Demonstrable experience as a director of Dance Theatre and/or Theatre productions will be essential for the full time post as will the ability to work in an interdisciplinary way with artists and performers whether they are dancers, actors, and/or musicians.

You may have a PhD, (or be close to completion) and/or have a significant professional track record in industry practice and be able to contribute to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and demonstrate the potential for research output in the field of Performing Arts, particularly interdisciplinary practice.
