We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to manage the programme administration of Imperial’s Full Time and Weekend MBA programmes. You’ll be managing a team and using your expertise in programme delivery to enable the team to develop innovative and effective programme management in line with strategy and the Business School’s vision.

Key areas of responsibility include the professional and efficient planning and delivery of the MBA Suite of on-campus   programmes. You will lead change and innovation by critically evaluating services and processes within the programmes and drive enhancements to the student experience. You will work with stakeholders across the Business School and Imperial College including students, faculty, admissions, recruitment and marketing, alumni, teaching & quality colleagues and the careers team.

The ideal candidate will have an appetite for innovation and improvement, with a real sense of responsibility and a passion for working with students. You will be an excellent team leader with experience of managing staff to produce results. You will need to have significant experience of programme delivery, ideally on MBA programmes and within a Business School.
