WMG is one of the world’s leading research and education groups, designing solutions and overcoming challenges through collaborative research and development and world class education. Following an extremely successful period of major growth we are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to provide specialist support to the administrative operations of WMG, with an input into the development of financial, personnel and operations strategies for the Department. In particular you will play a leading role in change management and business continuity for the Department.

You will have strong organisation and management skills with a team-working ethos and the ability to effect organisational change. Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable experience of effective senior level interaction with strong influencing and negotiating skills are also a must.

With an honours degree and ideally a postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience, your previous experience gained within a large, business orientated organisation within a challenging, complex fast paced environment will enable your success.

The role requires an excellent communicator, with the proven ability to operate at a strategic level, engaging senior internal and external stakeholders and demonstrating strong leadership. You will be very resilient with the flexibility and willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have a real willingness to take accountability and a desire to succeed.

In return we will provide you with a great range of benefits which include an attractive pension scheme, 30 days holiday plus Christmas closure, some fantastic savings on a wide range of products and services, and excellent learning and development opportunities.
