Clinical Teaching Fellow

We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Teaching Fellow to participate in the planning, development and delivery of our structured distance learning programmes: MSc/Dip/PG Cert in Aesthetic Medicine, Burn Care and Reconstructive Microsurgery. The popularity of the programmes has provided this exciting opportunity to expand our commitment to teaching. The Clinical Teaching Fellow will work alongside the Course Director, Professor Simon Myers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an interest in medical education. A background in Plastic Surgery is essential, and submission for a related higher degree preferable.

The post is full time fixed term post for 12 months. Starting salary is £36,312 plus £1,470 London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
