Who are you?

You have experience of developing and maintaining technology services and conducting analysis to improve service improvement.

You are looking for an opportunity to be part of a dedicated IT Service Desk team, providing advice and support to all users of the Universities IT Services across a broad range of technology Services.

You want to take a lead on the identification of Priority 1 service wide impacting Incidents and taking action on these as appropriate.

You get a buzz from the challenge of keeping ahead of the game.

You have …

Expert Knowledge of IT Service Desk and Operational Support work practices, processes and procedures.

Proven analytical and problem solving capability.

Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering first line customer support in a complex technical environment.

Knowledge of IT Service Management methodologies and industry best practice e.g. ITIL.
