Summary of Job Purpose and Principal Duties

This post represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the sustainability and further development of the internationally renowned Medical Education courses run by the Centre for Medical Education (CME), both within Dundee and Overseas. The post holder will also contribute to the development of educational scholarship within the Centre through Masters, MD and PhD supervision as well as through scholarship aligned with their pedagogical activity.

Summary of Skills, Experience and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess an MD or PhD in Education (or relevant discipline) and a Professional Health Care Degree.  Evidence of competence in the principles and delivery of assessment and/or experience of educational evaluation/knowledge translation is essential.  The successful candidate will also be able to display clear evidence of teaching competence, especially in the area of Simulation.
