An exciting opportunity has arisen within the College’s Operational Excellence Programme (OE) for an Executive Assistant and Office Administrator, to support the Director of OE and senior management team in support of the smooth and efficient running of the office. This is a pivotal and busy role where flexibility is key, and a high level of personal judgement is required to ensure the OE team can operate effectively.

The Executive Assistant and Office Administrator will play a key role within the team to ensure administrative processes are undertaken in support the delivery of OE Programme’s mission and objectives. The post holder will use their excellent organisational skills to effectively manage these activities, within a fast-paced programme environment, using their initiative to complete and prioritise tasks as required.

The role of the Executive Assistant and Office Administrator is diverse and will require the post holder to be flexible and proactive in the face of competing priorities. The post holder will support OE by preparing correspondence, documentation and presentations and therefore, a high standard of written English and attention to detail are crucial. The individual must also be a team-player who will use their methodical approach to work, and strong interpersonal skills to support the OE team and will acting as an ambassador for the OE programme both internally and externally.
