Residence Life Coordinator

Accommodation Services are seeking to recruit a Residence Life Coordinator to support our mission of providing our students with a happy, safe, and comfortable environment in which to live and learn.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the role holder will play a key part in the delivery of pastoral care and support to residential students. Leading a small team of Residence Life Assistants, the role holder will plan and deliver a programme of events, activities, and campaigns to enhance the social and living experiences of our students. Working with key stakeholders, the role holder will use their experience and initiative to foster a vibrant residential community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing a high quality student experience. They will be a team player with excellent planning and organisational skills who is able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels.

Given the nature of the role it is expected that the ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with experience working with students.
