Assistant Site Administrator

The role
University of the Arts London is seeking an outstanding administrator to provide administrative support for both staff and students at the site. There will be a range of clerical duties to handle, but also the chance to act as the face of the College, greeting people at reception, providing refreshments and taking visitors on tours of the building.

You can expect queries from staff and students alike and you will do your best to resolve them, face-to-to face, over the telephone and via email. Ready to help students with requests relating to their studies, you will be a key figure in our team, liaising with numerous departments and maintaining close links with administrative units at other sites.

Your profile
Customer-focused and exceptionally organised, you possess tried and tested administrative skills. You can work independently, have experience of compiling your own correspondence, experience of a range of databases and Microsoft Office applications and express yourself clearly, using first-rate communications skills. Your talents are based on solid experience, ideally gained in a front-line, customer focused position.
