Accommodation Consultant

Campus Services is the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. The Student Accommodation Centre requires a highly motivated individual to provide an accommodation management service for students and external visitors in our University Halls of Residence.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Strong administrative skills and proficient in office IT packages.
  • Experience of maintaining computerised systems and processes.
  • Experience of understanding and managing customer expectations.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • A strong team player ethos.
  • Experience within Accommodation Management or Higher Education environment.
  • A minimum qualification of A Levels or equivalent.
