The Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the School’s student recruitment and marketing practices and initiatives. 

Reporting to the Student Communications & Engagement Manager the post holder will be responsible for delivering effective digital and print marketing collaterals and CRM campaigns, which will support the delivery of the School’s Recruitment & Marketing Strategy objectives and result in increased numbers of enquiries, applications and enrolments to all PG programmes offered at the School. 

The post holder will also be working together with the Student Communications and Engagement team on core areas of marketing, communications and engagement activities to help maximise student experience and journey as a whole. 

The post holder will be educated to degree level or equivalent with substantial experience and/or hold a recognised marketing qualification. You will have experience of working with CRM systems and developing CRM campaigns to generate enquires and influence conversion. The successful candidate will have experience of working with the full mix of digital marketing channels including, web, social, advertising, email campaigns and event support. 

The post is full-time and permanent. The salary will be on the Professional Support Pathway Grade 5 scale in the range £33,567 to £38,533 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service.  Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Director’s Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London, Keppel street.
