Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences

Full Time, Fixed Term until 31 August 2018

We wish to attract talented, professional and creative academics to our campus. A dynamic, self-motivated individual is required to teach on a range of programmes in the School of Allied Health Sciences but principally to students of Biomedical Science & Medical Sciences. You will be expected to contribute to the development and delivery of these subjects through teaching, research and related professional academic activity.

You should have a degree and a PhD in a Bioscience discipline or similar qualification and be committed to the educational development of bioscience students and future scientists and healthcare professionals. Experience in molecular/cell biology is desirable as is experience of laboratory practicals and e-Learning. It is important that you work to enhance links with laboratory health professionals outside the university.
