Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Finance

We are looking for an individual to contribute to the provision of high quality teaching and research within the Faculty, the maintenance of high academic standards and high standards of customer care, the development of the Faculty’s portfolio of courses and the generation of external income for the Faculty.

You will have a good first degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, a Masters’ degree in Finance and a PhD in Finance is desirable. You must have experience working, teaching or researching in Finance and a commitment to the development and use of innovative learning strategies and a commitment to excellence, innovation and inclusivity in HE, evidence of research and/or consultancy skills and evidence of teaching.

You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to research development in the appropriate area and have experience of teaching students on a wide range of awards from undergraduate to masters and professional. The Faculty has well established links with professional bodies, therefore relevant professional qualification and experience of working with relevant professional bodies would be advantageous.
