Front of House Advisor

University of Surrey - Surrey Sports Park

An opportunity has arisen within the Front of House Team for a proactive, self-motivated and organised individual to join our team.

The post-holder will provide a high level of customer service to all guests who come to Surrey Sports Park. With a wide range of enquiries and bookings to deal with and as the first point of contact for all guests to the facility, the Front of House team must have full and comprehensive knowledge of all areas of Surrey Sports Park. They will be expected to build strong working relationships with colleagues and have the ability to engage and build relationships with our guests.

This position is ideal for a candidate that takes great pride in their work and work place and aims to deliver their best at every opportunity. They will be proactive and have a natural desire to help others. The successful candidate will be have the ability to flourish working in a busy environment. The post-holder will be able to work shifts based on a rota system.
