We are seeking a creative, pro-active and enthusiastic individual to support the effective delivery of Brunel’s award processes and services within the Timetabling and Awards Group (TAG). Your responsibilities will include award, conferral and certification of degrees, graduation duties and degree confirmation and verification, as well as the maintenance of course information and examination support.

You will need skills and experience in using specialised corporate information systems (e.g. booking or purchasing systems, customer or stock management systems), as well as good office IT knowledge. You will also have proven experience of working on multiple tasks and managing your own workload whilst meeting deadlines, as well as being able to demonstrate strong customer service, communication, planning and problem-solving skills. You will be an investigative problem solver and team player, with the ability to learn on the job, and to plan and provide effective solutions. Experience of Higher Education (as student or staff) and records management may be an advantage.
