Personal Assistant to ICTU Co-Director

Applications are invited for the role of PA to the Co-Director to join the Imperial Clinical Trials Unit (ICTU) based within the School of Public Health at Imperial College London. ICTU is a UKCRC fully registered clinical trials unit working across Imperial College London, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and affiliated NHS Trusts to deliver world class clinical trials of all phases. The Unit has a study portfolio across therapeutic areas including cancer, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, respiratory, HIV/infectious diseases and emergency and critical care.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills. You will provide administrative and PA support to Professor Neil Poulter, Professor of Preventive Cardiovascular Medicine and Co-Director of International Centre for Circulatory Health and Imperial Clinical Trials Unit. 

The successful candidate will be educated to A-Level standard and able to demonstrate evidence of having worked as a high level PA, with substantial administrative experience in a busy and challenging environment. You will be self-motivated and clearly able to prioritise and manage a varied and busy workload. Excellent IT skills will be required including a good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

The role requires a person who will be responsible, flexible, able to act on their own initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.

This post is full-time, fixed-term for 12 months and will be based at Stadium House, White City campus.
