Part-time Secretary/Administrative Assistant (fixed term, temporary cover) Grade 3, £19,305- £22,214 Pro rata £15,444-/£17,712 per annum. 

We require an organised, efficient and accurate person with excellent interpersonal skills for the 'front-of-house' position in the office. Your varied duties will include office tasks, reception duties, maintenance of on-line and web-based information and organising special events (e.g. Open Day). Candidates must be proficient in using IT. Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferably within an educational context or similar would be required. The post is fixed term until 4 September 2019. This is to cover a secondment.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term until 4 September 2019 or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.
