This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent, term time only basis (31 working weeks per year). The role will involve providing high quality, customer focused administrative and reception support for Wellbeing Services, AccessAbility and the Access Centre. The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a 'can-do' attitude, is an excellent team player and who is committed to providing an excellent student experience at all times, even under demanding, high-volume, busy periods. In addition, you should have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, together with a presentable appearance and manner and the willingness to learn new skills. You should have excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word and Excel), be confident, enthusiastic and have a positive approach, and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
