Facilities and IT Administrator

The Facilities and IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting both the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER), and Bartlett School of Planning (BSP) on a variety of operational matters such as computers and audio visual equipment, telecommunication and information technology access, and events management. In addition, the post holder will assume the role of Safety Officer advising on health and safety issues (in line with UCL Health & Safety management policies) undertaking Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Fire Evacuation Marshall, First Aid Officer and Print Representative duties.         

Providing high levels of customer service to staff and students. Excellent IT, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential along with a proven ability to implement and maintain appropriate systems.
